Sometimes when I go to certain events or "outings", i end up feeling extremely old.. haha anyways, yesterday I went to watch Quan's little sister perform at the end of semester assembly. In my high school days, I remember assembly to be quite fun- besides a few boring awards given out, the students would put on fabulous shows such as comedy skits (and there were lots of them about the nazi librarians and year 8 scrunchies), as well as talented performances of songs and rockbands. All in all, assembly was quite an enjoyable and entertaining time. Anyways, at yesterday's assembly, I was bored beyond belief. It was about 1 and a half hours of boring speeches and award ceremonies, littered by about 4 performances. OMG i never knew assembly could be that boring, or is it me just getting old and boring? *brrr*

Anyways, we went to go see Quan's little sister perform in the school choir, as well as a little hiphop dance number. The song was so cute - you know that whole little year 1's to 4's singing a bit out of tune and in a slow drawl ? haha well it was like that, but oh so cute! And the dance.. *phwoar*. Even i can't dance like that - but then again, im pretty sure most of you will concede that I'm just an unco dancer.. Do you EVER see me on the dancefloor? *ha!*. Anyways, these little girls were shimmie-ing and shaking their booties to hiphop songs.. haha it was perhaps a little "raunchY' for little school girls, but it was cute and i was very very impressed at how well they kept time and remembered their dance moves!

A picture of the girls after the performance :

In other news, Bryan got a transfer back to Perth so he will be back in the city indefinitely.. :) Okiedokie.. off i go :)

Supa Dupa Girl-Kae is the eldest of three kae's and is therefore the supa dupa one of the lot (as given to me by Alvin). Currently residing in Perth, WA, Girl-Kae is a happy go lucky bubbly girl, who loves to shop, eat, and sleep. When she's not working, she can be found at home being a homebody, glued to the screen watching enormous amounts of drama series, out eating icecreams and cakes, and shopping till her heart's content.
