~ 7:46 PM ~

At work, we celebrated melbourne cup with a long lunch from 11.30am - 2pm, sweeps, and of course, for some of us risk-takers, some TAB bets. Lunch was filled with yummy things, with Nando's catering, lots of cakes, yummy sandwiches and salads, pizzas... everything. There was also lots of champagne bubbles to be had and we all ate ourselves silly, and drank ourselves silly, with the hope of never having to return to work.

Not wanting to be a party pooper, I bravely sipped a whole 2cms of champagne (mixed with orange juice of course) and then proceeded to be become incredibly tomato-red , and evidently became somewhat intoxicated... there was imagined conversations, lots of giggling and of course, racing hearts and woozy heads...

Amazed at the my great ability to drink alcohol (or lack thereof), Raal graciously went down to the shops and bought me a fabulous present. At first look , I just thought "oh no... more food" ... but then Raal smirked and pointed happily at the reason for the present ...

"Cadbury" ... symbolises the one hell of a drinker that I am ;)

(My chocolate board and my horse that came 3rd in the race)

Not wanting to eat it, I taped it up on my little partition board , and left a note in case the cleaners wondered why there was chocolate taped up, aptly telling them not to eat it - should they feel the urge to :)

(THe Warning sign on my chocolate)

Supa Dupa Girl-Kae is the eldest of three kae's and is therefore the supa dupa one of the lot (as given to me by Alvin). Currently residing in Perth, WA, Girl-Kae is a happy go lucky bubbly girl, who loves to shop, eat, and sleep. When she's not working, she can be found at home being a homebody, glued to the screen watching enormous amounts of drama series, out eating icecreams and cakes, and shopping till her heart's content.
