Thanks to all the lovely people that msg-ed me for my birthday :) I was working that day, and the buzz that came from my phone every time an sms showed up really made my working day go faster :) So thanks muchly :p And to everyone else - bad bad bad :p hehe kidding !

Anyways, so I got some gorgeous flowers from the lovely boyfriend, and the coolest pinkest nintendo DS.. haha so if anyone has a nintendo ds and needs "buddies" for their online gaming, let me know and ill give u my "friends code" haha :D

My birthday itself was a little uneventful, not the least bit due to some very inappropriate comments (i thought) from my dad. Having come home, he obviously forgot that it was my birthday and at the dinner table, I mentioned that it was my birthday. He came back with a comment to the tune of "you're an adult now - you work, you don't need birthdays." i was like WTF??? Who thinks that? Seriously! I dont know anyone in the world that says anything like that. SO i slammed down my dinner and just went upstairs.

His gf then came over and wished me happy birthday and gave me a little gift. I hope he felt bad. Then, yesterday i got a card from my hairdresser (I know it's just for promotion etc) but i said to him rather harshly "look dad - even my hairdresser remembers. Unlike you." ...

He has not once said sorry. And im still grumpy about it!

But anyways, besides spending thursday night playing DS, I also went to meet up with the girls for coffee on wednesday night for some good ol' fashion girl-speak. Last night was spent at Gershwin's for dinner with my lovely "other half" and today, im getting into my Nintendo DS .. :D

So besides that insensitive moment with my dad, my birthday has been fairly lovely :)

Supa Dupa Girl-Kae is the eldest of three kae's and is therefore the supa dupa one of the lot (as given to me by Alvin). Currently residing in Perth, WA, Girl-Kae is a happy go lucky bubbly girl, who loves to shop, eat, and sleep. When she's not working, she can be found at home being a homebody, glued to the screen watching enormous amounts of drama series, out eating icecreams and cakes, and shopping till her heart's content.
