It's too late to blog properly so I thought i'd just post some photos of my week that's has passed. My Christmas week was spent out in Kalgoorlie with my boyfriend and his housemates Jie and Jess where we ate too much meat, drank too little water, and dallied the hot summers' days away too easily..

No trip to Kalgoorlie is complete without a site visit - this one is a visit to Kanowna where Quan works..

And then I had to cut my holiday short to come back for Theng's wedding. Theng and David have been together for as long as I remember - probably since the start of uni - and have lived together for most of that time, so it was no surprise and very expected that they would eventually marry!

Together with family and friends, they exchanged their vows in a sunny outdoor ceremony at Caversham house, and then proceeded to the traditional Jade Dynasty reception where we had a fantastic time boogie-ing (yes, boogie-ing) the night away...

At the reception, I saw people that I had grown up with and haven't seen for years - people like Uncle Peter and Aunty Lesley, Margaret, Euhin , Ewen.. the lot.. golly it was great to see everyone and I realized how big a part they had in my life when I was growing up!

Congratulations also to Angela on her engagement last weekend!!!

Supa Dupa Girl-Kae is the eldest of three kae's and is therefore the supa dupa one of the lot (as given to me by Alvin). Currently residing in Perth, WA, Girl-Kae is a happy go lucky bubbly girl, who loves to shop, eat, and sleep.
