Sometimes we all take things for granted - I sure took my free time for granted, but now that I'm so low on it, I really cherish the weekend, and really look forward to having some time to catch up on all that I have to do (even if i only manage to get a little bit done). Anyway, the week has been hectic. On top of full time work and uni, I also had an assignment due on Friday so I spent every night after work trying to finish it off. It was all a bit stressful, but I think the people around me took it quite well :)

On Wednesday night, Jez and I went to the Studio 388's spring/summer 2005 launch at the Colonnade. We thought it would just be a little affair, but when we arrived, it was riddled with little formalities and things that made it "special" hehe. We had to line up in the freezing cold until our names got ticked off, then we were given little boxes of goodies and canapes to eat, as well as our little vip vouchers and Roc Candy, and then directed upstairs to a beautiful stream of gorgeous people (and giants who sometimes pose as models), lots of free bacardi drinks and liptop ice teas, and of course, in a place with hundreds of girls and miniscule guys, some bitchiness :S I felt sorry for the little girl being belitted by that bitchy one :S

Anyways, as directed by Bryan, *put some photos on your blog* heheh.. so I just took a happy snap of the goodies we got... and the very suspect "bra buddy" - i have TRIED to figure it out, but have failed :S

[ Does anyone know how this works ?]

Besides that, I went to get my hair cut yesterday and being the timid little girl I am, managed to get *conned* into buying the salon shampoo and conditioner. heheh im sure some of you already buy those "special" products but I simply could not fathom to spend $27 EACH for a shampoo / conditioner... hehe but yes I couldnt say no, so i bought it.. so in lieu of that stupid shampoo/conditioner, im going to get nasty at anyone who uses it!! hehe.. Actually I did a funny thing yesterday - i accidently dropped a little bit of conditioner and i panicked and thought "noooooo that's like $1 off my bottle!!" hehe so i tried to pick it up off the floor.. err grotty and stingy.. but errr pricy shampoo is not something on my "need list" hehe :p

I also went shopping with jess - well jess did the shopping and I just tagged along :) hehe and she came over to my house as well and we just bummed a little.

Last night QUan and I went to Oriele's for coffee and cake and this time we decided that we wanted to be pigs and ordered a big bowl of yummy fries, a deliciously scrumptious "peppermint crisp" cheesecake for me, and some drinks.. hehe usually we can't even finish the fries but I say, we were extremely proud of ourselves for having devoured everything in sight . Hmm on another note - I really dont like Oriele's staff. I think the waitress we got was yelling at us - but not in a "i can't hear you because its too noisy in here" sorta way, but in a "Im angry at you for making me do your order" sorta way.. *eep*.

Okies, today is FATHER's DAY! So I hope all of you have/had a great father's day. I will be going out to lunch in a little while, so have a happy one :P

Supa Dupa Girl-Kae is the eldest of three kae's and is therefore the supa dupa one of the lot (as given to me by Alvin). Currently residing in Perth, WA, Girl-Kae is a happy go lucky bubbly girl, who loves to shop, eat, and sleep. When she's not working, she can be found at home being a homebody, glued to the screen watching enormous amounts of drama series, out eating icecreams and cakes, and shopping till her heart's content.
